The society Nostre Origini (Our Origins) is a historical-genalogical non-profit-making association.

It was instituted in June 2005 in Turin (Italy) on the initiative of a genealogist and local historician Piedmontese group.

His aim is to become, in Italy, a point of reference for all the transcribers and genealogical data-base-makers of population archives.

It arranges studies and researchs in Italian area and in foreign countries in order to discover the origins of italian families, their tradition, emigration history, culture, language and traditions.

It organizes meetings, seminaries, discussions, book presentations, temporary and permanent exhibitions.

The association promotes the diffusion of oral and written memories by books, papers, booklets, data-base and all modern multimedia means of communication.

The association propose the aim of international exchanges among associations and peoples on genealogical and historical themes particularly of Italian origin.
